We are seeking an experienced HR Lead who is passionate about people and culture. In this role, you will take charge of our People & Culture department and lead the culture of our company. You will manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to retention and development.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualities:

  • A people person with strong leadership skills: You should have excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to build strong relationships with all employees and stakeholders, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential. You will be the go-to person for any HR-related questions or concerns and will work closely with management to ensure a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Tech-savvy: You should be comfortable with HR software and other digital tools. You will use data to inform decisions and streamline HR processes and procedures.
  • 2+ years of experience: To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success in managing HR functions and initiatives.
